Laser machine leaves a smooth cut without scales. A detail cut with this machine doesn’t require any additional processing.
Low cost price
Laser cutting machines have the highest profitability due to low expenses - from $25,99 per day.
Reliable nodes
Laser head – HIGHYAG (Germany), laser source IPG (USA), CNC – AEROTECH (USA), measuring systems and sensors Renishaw (England), precision rails Schneeberger (Germany), pneumatic systems Festo (Germany), linear drives IMD (USA).
High cutting speed
We guarantee the speed of contour cutting up to 45 m per minute and acceleration up to 2.5 G. Manufacturing speed increases by 18% on average.
Ytterbium fiber laser consumes 70% less energy than its counterparts. The laser source doesn’t have moving parts or an optical system that needs adjusting and tuning. That is why we can guarantee 100 000 hours of work without maintenance.

4 linear motors
We use linear motors along all axes X, Y, and Z. 2 synchronized motors are used for the Y axis. Thanks to this construction, the machine is much more reliable and faster, as well as 2 times lighter than its counterparts.
High precision
Linear motor on precision rails from the leader of the industry Schneeberger (Germany), measurement systems and sensors from Renishaw (Switzerland) provide exceptional precision for any runs of our machines - from 0.01 mm.
Guaranteed reliability
We have chosen linear motors because they have no backlash and do not require regular tuning. Working on high speed doesn’t lead to increased wear. Linear motors are ready for daily workload.
Engineer approach
The rigid structure of the all-welded frame provide decreasing of vibrations and long-term durability of the linear motor. Special rigging allows for cutting even sheets with bad geometry.
